Q. How long will it take for delivery of my order?

A. Our promise to you is that provided we have received your order for OPRO360 products by 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays), we guarantee to have your items delivered to UK mainland locations the next working day. To qualify for free delivery the order value must exceed £150.

Not only do we guarantee next day delivery but FREE delivery too on the majority of our products. Some exceptions will apply for larger items so please contact us on 01442 430692 for details. Terms and conditions apply.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. We accept:

Cheque, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

Payment can also be made via BACs. Please contact us for details.

We can also invoice your school or club. Please contact us on 01442 430692 for details of how to set up an account with us.

Q. Can I purchase equipment with my School or Club logo printed or embroidered on them?

A. Yes. We will be offering a bespoke printing and embroidery service but this will be subject to minimum order quantities. Please note that we will unable to offer refunds for these items.

Q. Are the OPRO360 headguards and shoulder pads IRB approved?

A. Yes. We take safety issues very seriously and have ensured that these items conform to the necessary IRB regulations.

Q. Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?

A. No as our pricing structure already includes competitive discounts.

Q. What is your refund/return policy?

Q. My order was incomplete. What should I do?
